Companion Animal Network Australia aims to improve older adults’ assisted living and prevent their pets from being surrendered
There is a painful absence of government support for older adult pet owners in in-home care, resulting in much-loved animals being surrendered to shelters across the country, according to national animal welfare charity Companion Animal Network Australia (Australia CAN).
